What times of day do you walk?

We run the following walks 7 Days a week;

How long are your walks? 

Our most popular walks are our 1 & 2 Hour walks however we also offer 3 Hour walks and adventure days which are 6 hours.

Do you walk dogs that have not been neutered? 

We walk all dogs regardless of whether they’ve been neutered or not. When grouping dogs we always take this into consideration but in most cases a neutered dog isn’t necessarily better behaved than dogs that are not neutered 

How many dogs do you walk at once? 

We take 4 dogs per walk on average which can sometimes vary between 1-6. These groups are created very specifically to ensure the safety and enjoyment of each individual dog and are constantly monitored.  

How much do your walks cost? 

1 Hour Group Walk - £15

1 Hour Solo Walk - £17.50

30 Minute Group Walk - £10

30 Minute Solo Walk - £12

How will I be informed of important updates? 

We have a non spam and non marketing mailing list that will send you our most important updates such as walking time changes, employee changes etc. simply just send us your email address to be added 

Do you offer pickup & Drop off services?

We do offer pickup & drop off services. We can pickup from your address or if there is ever a time the dog is at a different address, pickup & drop off to that address can be arrange also.

Can I still use you if I have a nervous dog?

Yes! If you find that your dog is nervous around other dogs we can offer alternative solo walks, we can also start to introduce them to groups should this be something you're looking and wanting to do. We have helped a number of nervous dogs merge into groups, we do this at their own pace and at your own pace. We believe that no dog should be left out.

What if I need to cancel at short notice, will I still be charged?

We do not have a cancellation fee. You can message us with as little notice, you will not be charged however, if we turn up and your dog is not there or you do not require a walk, you may still be charged.

How does payments work?

At the end of each month, you will be sent an invoice. The invoice will state what services you have had for that month, and your total to pay. We are happy to take cash or bank transfer.

Can I have occasional walks?

Yes of course we offer Ad-Hoc walks, just simply pop us a message with what dates you'd like. This could be if you just want one off walks, holiday walks or to book in advance for certain dates. 

Do I need to be at home for you to collect and drop off my dog?

Not at all, many of our clients are happy for us to have a key and use that to collect and drop off their dogs. All of our clients keys are kept in a secure location and will only be labelled with your dogs name.
