Our Story - A Tribute To Holly
Our story begins in the coronavirus lockdown. During the lockdown myself and Gracie, like most others were out of work due to covid and found ourselves with an unusual amount of time on our hands. We started to take our family dogs out for a walk to keep us active, get out amongst nature and allow the dogs to have plenty of time to run around chasing balls and diving into the local river for swim. As this started to become a routine we discovered, VERY quickly, that the gorgeous jack Russell holly absolutely LOVED sprinting down to the river and chasing the rocks that we threw in for her, seeing her face as she noticed a break in the bushes for an opportunity to dive into the water was a feeling that forces you into grasping every second of the moment, its like all your worries, concerns and problems just disappear for a second. Unfortunately holly is no longer with us but her memory lives on through us and through all the dogs that get to have fun each and everyday because of the purity of her heart and contentment for life.
If we now fast forward to April 2021 and we had taken on our first client with the intention of walking him until the lockdown eases so we can return to the normal working life. Little did we know we had more interest for walks, and more and even more! A few months in and we had realised that these dogs couldn't get enough of our walks, owners were happy with tired dogs and seeing their pups chasing balls and playing amongst each other and from that point on we knew this was going to be our full time career. and we haven't looked back since.
